stayed at burvale and had a pleasant experience. room was clean, central location near supermarkets and cafes. staff accommodating with quick bedding for extra guests. hot water was a delight. welcoming reception with a human touch. relaxed, professional vibe.

WiFi was good. the staff member at the bistro made us feel welcome and showed great care in finding us a perfect table, making us feel like VIPs amongst the bustle. It was a delightful experience, with service reminiscent of a high-end restaurant.

Blinds were not ideal.

Celebrated various events with friends, enjoyed succulent steaks, pleasant staff, and plenty of TV screens for games. the vast beer tap range is a joy, and I loved dining in the bistro. Cheers to a fantastic stay!

I chose this hotel for a colloquium as it offers ample conference space. the staff were friendly, accommodating, and provided a hassle, free experience with a late check, out option when needed.

The only service I missed for my work was a designated business center for printing and copying documents.

Great location, only 30 minutes away from everything I needed. Convenient parking right outside the door. Kids ate for free at the bistro. The meals were delicious. Comfortable beds and quiet nights. Helpful staff, especially Jackson at check-in and the bistro girls who provided extra towels.
