Nothing not to like.

The place had it all - Wi-Fi to chat with my posh friends, a garden to sip my tea, and a fitness centre to work off the scones. A terrace? ! I felt like a grand duchess!

Trying to cook without pans was such a hoot! .

Omg 🌟 loved the balcony in the room! 🌿 so relaxing to sip coffee while overlooking the garden. Easy access to shopping & transport. Only con: could hear noise from the tram line 🚋

stayed at Serviced in a spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, Netflix, and proximity to tram station and shopping. It was value for money with great facilities, including a courtyard area and nearby cafes.

The location was perfect with a 6-minute walk to the campus and easy tram access to Melbourne's city center. the apartment was well-equipped with a gym, outdoor space, and balconies. Enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and Netflix connectivity. Close to shopping areas too.

Spacious Apartment with Great Amenities the apartment was cosy, clean, and offered additional room to move and relax, which was perfect for my recovery after surgery. the location was amazing with close proximity to Deakin University and easy access to Melbourne's city center via Tram 75. the gym, beautiful outdoor space, and well-equipped facilities added to the overall positive experience. the lack of regular reception staff and room service may require guests to manage certain aspects of their stay independently.

I liked having a spacious room with a well-equipped kitchen. the outdoor space was a bonus, and the proximity to cafes and transport was convenient. Despite the bathroom door hiccup, my husband found a creative solution using the iron! the extra room in the apartment was a lifesaver post-surgery. the location near Deakin University was very handy, and the staff were great. Good spot for a Melbournian beach lover like me!

Just stayed in a hotel in Burwood-Box Hill area. LOVED having a balcony in my room! So close to the tram stop for easy commuting. Definitely coming back! the garden area surpasses the photos.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. the staff was super helpful and the location on the tram line made it easy to catch public transport. I loved the convenience of being close to shops and to Chadstone mall. the apartment was spacious, with a kitchen and lounge area, so I didn't have to watch TV from the bed. It was a cozy setup with a sofa, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay compared to my previous trips to Melbourne.

One thing that could be improved is the temperature control in the bedroom. the aircon was not very effective and being on the opposite side of the living area, it struggled to cool down the room, especially during summer.
