Great breakfast and friendly staff. the location was perfect with a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to the town center. the patio area was also a nice touch, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside.

The overall cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired. the bathroom vanity unit was dirty and the cupboards and wardrobes were dusty and in need of a wipe down before unpacking.

The Busselton Guest House is ideally located right near the beach, allowing families with children to easily access the sea shore and take leisurely walks into town past the jetty. The comfortable rooms offer a bright and private atmosphere, with some rooms even looking onto the back garden. The hosts, Mike and Beth, go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, accommodating separate breakfast times and serving delicious omelettes. The homely guesthouse also features a lovely verandah area, a games room, and a hot tub for relaxation.

The bathrooms in the guesthouse do not have assistance railings for individuals with disabilities, which may pose a slight inconvenience for those with mobility issues.

We especially enjoyed the spacious sitting area, dressing area, and dining table in our room. The patio provided a lovely space to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The complimentary toiletries, dryer, and cookware/kitchen utensils were a great convenience. The flat-screen TV and comfortable carpeted floor added to the overall cozy and enjoyable experience. The breakfast served was delicious and filling, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed. The free Wi-Fi and car park were an added bonus, making our stay even more convenient. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with excellent service and amenities.
