Well-designed bungalow with ice in the freezer and a kitchenette containing a half-eaten packet of chips. Off-road parking near possum-filled tree but no incidents. Clean B&B with all necessary amenities, including a fireplace and jacuzzi. Value for money self-contained unit, double spa, balcony with sea view. Homely atmosphere, recommended with helpful suggestion book.

The apartment had a nice view and was located near the beach and a coastal path. the best aspect was the comfortable bed and fresh bathroom. the hosts were friendly with clear communication and respected our privacy.

The kitchenette was small and lacking in amenities, offering only basic cereals and stale bread. it was not clearly stated that the B&B was located above the owners’ house, and there was no private parking available.

We had a lovely stay at By The Seaside in Mornington. The owner gave us a warm welcome and the location was peaceful and quiet. The balcony had nice plant pots and we enjoyed the beautiful views. The adjustable shower was a plus, and the glassware, cutlery, and dishes were all clean. The breakfast provided was plentiful with a variety of tea, coffee, milk, bread, cereals, and more. it was a great experience and I would recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with clear glassware and cutlery, and the bathroom was spotless. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a perfect working air conditioner and an adjustable shower. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was on a back road but still within easy walking distance to everything, including the beach and shops. The breakfast provided was plentiful, with a variety of options such as tea, coffee, milk, orange juice. The staff was welcoming and accommodating.
