Stayed at Byron Central for a few weekdays and loved it! The central location was perfect for exploring. The staff were friendly and parking was a breeze. The aircon and fans kept us cool, and we felt secure with the entrance. The nights were quiet, and the kitchen facilities were great for cooking our own meals.

The pool and barbeque area were a wonderful facility, especially on warm days. We also appreciated the secure undercover free parking on site. The staff was super welcoming and friendly.

I arrived in Byron Bay after a long flight, only to find my luggage completely soaked. I contacted the accommodation and Suzanna, the staff member, went above and beyond to help me. She prioritized cleaning my apartment, stored my wet luggage, and even allowed me to check in early so I could rest and dry out my belongings. Suzanna's exceptional service made my stay at Byron Central Apartments truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding customer care and fantastic location.

We had a fantastic stay at the Byron Central Apartments for 4 nights. The family-run aspect and attention to detail were impressive. Scott, who helped us throughout our reservation and stay, was incredibly helpful. Late check-in was a breeze, and the availability of recycling bins was a nice touch. The pool and common areas were cleaned diligently every morning, and quiet hours were strictly enforced. Our recently renovated room was spacious and well-furnished, with a lovely private terrace. The location was perfect, with amenities like Aldi and restaurants just around the corner while still being in a quiet area. Underground parking with a secure entrance was a big plus.

We loved the location of this place, tucked away in town but still close to everything. It was great that the kids could safely play around the compound and the teenagers could easily walk to the beach. The pool and BBQ area were fantastic amenities to have. Being able to watch the action and then retreat to our quiet residence was perfect. The car park, although some spots were tight, was convenient as well.

One minor downside was the note on the door about stripping the bed and washing dishes. It was a bit confusing because the lady at check-out said we weren't expected to do that.

This hotel is a gem in terms of its central location. It is situated right in the heart of town, yet away from the busy area, ensuring a peaceful stay. The rooms are well-equipped with basic appliances, just like they appear in the pictures. The loft style bed upstairs is fantastically comfortable, and the balcony is a lovely addition. Additionally, the staff provides excellent service, ensuring that every guest's needs are taken care of. We also appreciated the free parking and the option for breakfast.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was perfect.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and close to all the shops and restaurants. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and even offered us a free upgrade. the apartment was clean and well-maintained, with new furniture and a fresh coat of paint. the underground parking was secure and convenient.

There was some noise in the evening from the nearby bars, but it quieted down around 10pm. the apartment could benefit from some additional soundproofing to minimize the noise.

The complementary champagne and chocolates were a nice touch. the location was great - close to the beach and all the New Year's Eve festivities. the bed was very comfortable and provided a good night's rest.

The room was not as clean as it should have been. the bathroom had some mildew and the towels had stains.

This hotel is incredibly well located, right in the heart of town, which makes it super convenient to explore Byron Bay.
