I loved the spacious apartment with all the amenities needed, including a nice pool. The location was perfect, close to shopping and the town center. carrying luggage up two flights of stairs was a challenge, and the lack of pantry staples was a downside. But overall, a great stay thanks to the accommodating staff and central location.

The apartment layout was fantastic and way better than we expected - huge balcony, fans, and air conditioners in every room, plus TVs all around. the location was super convenient, close to everything in the CBD and with loads of dining options nearby. the pool area was a hit with the kids, although the wifi was a bit spotty in the bedrooms, it wasn't a big deal because we were out enjoying Cairns most of the time! 🌴

Family of 5 stayed 7 days in a 3-bedroom apartment at Regency Building. Excellent location - 2min walk to Shopping Center, short walk to CBD and esplanade. Well-equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms, comfortable lounge with smart TV. Aircon in all rooms. Good Wi-Fi. Spacious outdoor area, pool, secure car park. Manager Anne was very helpful.

I had a great time at this hotel! the apartment was very big and had everything you would need. Anna, the host, was very hospitable - we borrowed towels for a day at the reef with no problem. the location was excellent, being opposite a major shopping centre and having a close proximity to a wide selection of restaurants and the city centre. the outdoor dining area was lovely and the swimming pool was a nice touch.

One thing that could be improved at this hotel is the outdoor dining area.

Spacious Rooms: the apartment was more spacious than a kangaroo hopping in the Outback! Plenty of room to move around comfortably. the beds were softer than a koala's cuddle, ensuring a good night's sleep for all.

staying in city was fantastic. anna's hospitality made the trip special. the apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and in a great location. walking distance to attractions, near the train station, and shopping center. the pool was clean and refreshing. overall, a pleasant stay with accommodating staff.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't have been better, as it was directly across from a shopping center with a supermarket, making it convenient for all our needs. The room service was top-notch and the hotel had a great selection of shops and commercial services. The laundry facilities were a lifesaver and the hotel also offered tours and ticket assistance, which made exploring the area a breeze. We loved the spacious and well-equipped kitchen, and the balcony provided a perfect spot for enjoying our meals. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was an added bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay.

We stayed in a spacious, clean apartment with good facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen. the hotel is conveniently located near a shopping centre and within walking distance of tourist spots. the staff, especially Anna, were friendly and accommodating.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The apartment was spacious and clean which was good. the location was convenient as there was a shopping center nearby where we could buy things easily. We also appreciated the friendly assistance from the receptionist throughout the check-in process.

Our stay wasn't entirely pleasant. We found some dirty dishes in the dishwasher which we had to clean ourselves.

The spacious rooms easily accommodated our large family, and the central location made exploring Cairns a breeze. the kids loved the on-site playground, making it a perfect retreat for families.

For dads, it would be great to have a designated play area for kids to enjoy safely.

The location of this hotel is fantastic as it is right across the road from the Cairns Central shopping mall and close to the esplanade. You can easily access shops, restaurants, and other attractions in the area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning in every room.

There were some minor challenges with the sliding bathroom door, which didn't open or close properly. the hotel provides a convenient and comfortable stay in a great location.
