We spent our Christmas at this hotel and we were delighted with the complementary breakfast and the hot chocolate station in the lobby. the hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to many attractions in the city. we enjoyed having a balcony with a great view of the city.

The service left a lot to be desired. When we arrived, our room wasn't ready and we had to wait for an hour.

Additionally, it is in a great position for exploring the inner south area. The rooms are clean and spacious, offering a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout. The breakfast is satisfying, although a bit more variety in the hot food would be appreciated. The views from some of the rooms are fantastic, offering a glimpse of the cityscape.

The noise insulation in some rooms could be improved, as disturbance from neighboring rooms can be heard.

Great location close to everything, including a short walk from the museum station. Spacious and well-equipped rooms. Indoor pool is beautiful and the breakfast, especially the pancake machine, is a hit with the grandkids. Lovely touch at checkout with personalized chocolates.
