Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a lovely garden leading to a riverbank. Delicious breakfast with fresh fruit, yogurt, toast, and home made jams. Welcoming hosts with great local knowledge. Great location for visiting Tarhune Air Walk.

I had an incredible experience at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location, right by the river, was absolutely picturesque and provided a peaceful atmosphere for my stay. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Upon arrival, I was given a refreshing welcome drink that immediately made me feel relaxed and at home. The room had all the amenities I needed, including an ironing facility and a cozy sitting area where I could unwind after a long day. The free Wi-Fi in my room allowed me to stay connected, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment during my downtime. In the morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the on-site restaurant, which offered a variety of options to suit every palate. The staff were always helpful and provided excellent service throughout my entire stay.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great location for exploring southern Tasmania, delicious breakfast with homemade jams and marmalades, and friendly hosts. The room was spacious, well-decorated, and serviced daily, and there was a cozy guest sitting room. Best of all, we saw a platypus in the nearby creek, which was an amazing experience.

Nothing negative to say. Despite the platypus not showing up for everyone, it’s not the hotel’s fault.

This charming cottage offers a great location close to the centre of town and forest attractions. Situated next to a creek, you can even spot platypus in the gardens. The immaculately clean rooms are furnished with period-style furniture, creating a cozy atmosphere. The homemade breakfast features delicious preserved fruits and jams made with local produce.

The low ceilings in some of the rooms may pose a challenge for taller guests.
