The Reef Gateway Hotel had a great location near Airlie Beach and Fat Frog Beach Cafe. The double room was comfortable for two friends, with daily housekeeping. The staff provided excellent customer service, making us feel valued and welcome. The hotel also had convenient amenities like a pub, laundry mat, and a great shower with eco-friendly toiletries.

My stay at Reef Gateway was enjoyable and relaxing. The location was great, and I loved the spacious room. The hotel also provided convenient amenities like a shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion dispenser. The parking being just outside of the room was a big plus as well.

The location of the hotel is ideal as it is situated right in between the main visiting areas. The bistro at the hotel is a great option for dinner, with friendly staff and a homely feel. The room itself was spacious and very clean, with a comfortable bed and good shower pressure. The staff were also very happy, friendly, and helpful.

Despite the big room and spaciousness, the interior was outdated with rust everywhere. the noise level was very high since it was located near a busy highway and a pub, making it almost impossible to sleep in.
