laundry facilities need improvement.

My recent stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. the room was spacious and bright, with a lovely greenery outside. the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home right from the start. the restaurant served delicious food, and the amenities like the comfortable bed, clean bathroom with a good shower, and basic kitchen facilities made our stay comfortable. the improvements made by the management were noticeable, and the location was convenient for us, being on the North side of Rockhampton, offering easy access as a stopover.

One aspect that could be improved at this hotel is the handling of late dinner orders. Although we were slightly late to place our order, we felt a bit rushed by the manager, which made us a bit uncomfortable.

After a long day, I ordered a drink at the Bar and Bistro. Sipping on my cocktail by the pool, I felt like a character in a Hemingway novel, soaking in the ambiance and unwinding in style.

Limited smoking areas.

Despite some minor issues like dated rooms and early dinner hours, Capricorn Motel was convenient for my son's uni prac. Staff was helpful, and the pool area looked inviting. With a bit of improvement, this motel has great potential for future stays.

The room was comfortable and clean, with adequate kitchen facilities. the receptionist was welcoming and hospitable, making us feel right at home. the relaxing saltwater pool and garden area were perfect for unwinding, while nearby landmarks like the Rockhampton Heritage Village added a touch of local charm to our family bonding experience.

At my favorite spot, staff gave me travel tips. I stay for the weekend. Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, Bar, Pool, Laundry, TV. Perfect stay – everything I need!

The database provided was incredibly easy to navigate, with a user-friendly interface that made finding information a breeze. the room with a kitchen sink was a fantastic addition, allowing me to prepare small meals and have access to a second sink for coffee and other beverages. the continental breakfast included in the stay was a delightful bonus, providing a convenient and tasty start to my day.

One minor issue I encountered was that the database seemed to be missing a few important search filters that would have made my experience even smoother. however, this was a very minor inconvenience in an otherwise excellent stay.

The location of the motel is very convenient, being right on the main highway and close to the freeway. The surrounding gardens are lovely, providing a pleasant view from the rooms. The rooms are clean and well-lit, with comfortable beds and good bathroom facilities. The staff is helpful and informative, providing excellent service. The breakfast provided is a pleasant surprise and a welcome addition to the stay.

The presentation of the motel could be improved, particularly in terms of the distressed garden and brown grass.

For us it was ideal.

Great location, close to city center and main shopping centers. the food at the on-site restaurant was delicious and the continental breakfast was great. the private balcony was a nice addition to the room.

My Christmas stay was not good. the staff was rude and unfriendly, they didn't wish me or my family Merry Christmas at any point.
