We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the main area of Broadbeach, including restaurants, shops, and the beach. The views from our apartment were truly amazing, and the spaciousness of the unit made us feel right at home. We were impressed with the quality of the amenities, such as the air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and the balcony where we could enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The location is conveniently close to the convention centre, making it a great choice for business travelers. The hotel is also close to public transport, allowing easy access to explore all that the Gold Coast has to offer. Decent location, close to restaurants and the beach. The apartment was spacious and had a great view of the surroundings. The pool and spa were a definite plus and added to the romantic experience.

The apartment had a bit of an outdated decor and felt tired. The lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms made it a bit uncomfortable during the warmer nights.

The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning. We were able to enjoy the picturesque scenery every day of our stay. The location was also perfect, with easy access to the beach, tram, cafes, and restaurants. The pool and spa were great for relaxation, especially after a long day of exploring. The three-bedroom apartment was spacious and perfect for our family of six, providing enough room for everyone to feel comfortable. Aldo, the staff member we interacted with, was lovely and went out of his way to make sure our needs were met.

Although there were a few minor issues, such as the lack of tongs in the kitchen and a noisy fan in the main bedroom, they did not significantly impact our overall experience. The lifts took a bit longer than expected to open at times, but it was a minor inconvenience.
