The proximity to Wendouree was convenient. the room size was good, and having a kitchenette was a bonus. the area was quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. the bed provided comfortable rest.

Always helpful staff at reception, like having a personal butler. Close to Ballarat for a touch of civilization. the property's location is handy for exploring nearby attractions like Kryal Castle and Daylesford.

Delightful surprise finding a smoke alarm in the kitchen cupboard instead of on the ceiling.

Clean, comfortable bed, everything needed for a one night stay. the surrounding area was peaceful, and other guests were considerate. 15 minutes from central Ballarat but close to the new Luca development, making it convenient.

Sparse amenities in the room.

we didn't bring food for breakfast but there were adequate utensils if we had. we drove to mcdonalds about 10 mins away. it was a quiet area, and the other lodgers weren't noisy either which was a bonus. the lady who served us on saturday night was very friendly & helpful even though it was passed the closing time of the reception. the bed, air conditioning, appliances , and bathroom were great. very clean and comfortable.

I always stay here. Found lost keys first visit. Has all I need: Free Wi-Fi, parking, 24h reception, laundry, flat TV, kettle. Perfect for my city breaks. Grateful for helpful staff and consistent comfort. Always a great choice for me.
