loved my stay in melbourne, and causeway inn on the mall was the cherry on top! perfect central location for exploring, surrounded by great cafes and shops. clean, cosy, and comfy room with a quiet atmosphere. staff were super courteous, helpful, and pleasant throughout my stay. exceeded my expectations!

Bathroom could use some upgrading.

I recently stayed at Causeway Inn for a weekend trip to Melbourne. The room was surprisingly clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and adjustable temperature control. The location was perfect, right on Bourke St Mall, and I didn't hear any noise from the busy street. The staff were friendly and efficient, making me feel safe as a solo traveler. a great hotel with a prime location.

This hotel is in a great location right in the bustling heart of the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room had a fantastic view down onto the busy shopping area. Breakfast was included and though there could have been more options, the gluten-free bread was appreciated and the bath in the room was a great touch.

The price for this hotel was a bit high compared to some other options in the area, but overall it was well worth it for the great experience we had.

This hotel is in an amazing location, right on the shopping mall. You can't get any closer to the shops, food, and the free tram. It's perfect for easy access to shops, dining, and public transport. The staff was excellent, they quickly got us into a room and were very accommodating. The rooms may be small, but they have everything you need, and why spend a lot of time in the room when you're in the center of the city? The hotel was quiet, clean, and the breakfast was great. it was a great stay.

Although there were a few minor issues during our stay, such as the exhaust fan in the shower and the lighting over the bed, they were promptly addressed by the staff. We were impressed by the quick response and resolution to our problems.

It was close to shopping centres, trams, and the Melbourne information centre. the reception was open 24 hours, which was convenient for our late check-in. the continental breakfast was sufficient and filled us up nicely. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean with all the amenities we needed. the staff were helpful and the overall experience surpassed our expectations.
