Comfortable and Convenient Stay with Welcoming Hosts

the location was convenient, close to bus routes, the CBD, and the Esplanade for easy access to various activities. the ground floor apartment next to the pool was a great spot, perfect for families with kids. One improvement could be addressing the noise from the nearby hospital carpark.

rooms were clean and well-equipped - close to great local fishing spots - easy access to the beautiful esplanade for family walks - loved the pool open till 10 pm - enjoyed the convenience of the bbq area for dinners.

Would be happy to recommend.

central plaza surpassed my expectations; the pool area was a hit with the kids, comfy beds and aircon in every room were perfect, and the kitchen had everything we needed, including a bbq by the pool. convenient bus stop across the road made exploring easy!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the cleanliness was exceptional, the facilities were top-notch, and the staff were incredibly attentive to our needs. the convenient parking and transportation options made exploring this city a breeze.

The hosts were super cool, the room had everything and was clean as, with a comfy bed too. the pool was mint for chillin' out, and the spot was sweet for a barbie or to soak up some rays, typical sunny Qld vibes. Only bummer was the noise from the new hospital carpark close by, kinda cramping the outside vibe a bit, but all good indoors. wicked place to crash for a bit, would defo go back! 🌞🍔🏊‍♀️

Despite the wonderful experience, one minor improvement could be adding a potato peeler in the kitchen drawers. the maintenance of the pool might need a bit more attention to keep it in top condition.

We stayed at an apartment right in front of the central shopping mall. The location was very convenient, with a local eatery just a short walk away and the Bay close by. The room was clean and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom was tidy and the service was satisfactory. Although breakfast was not included, there were plenty of options nearby. The view from the balcony was enjoyable, giving a glimpse of the bustling city life. the off-street carparking provided a safe and convenient option for guests.

The area where the hotel is located is not very secure.

Central Plaza exceeded my expectations in every aspect. the ground-floor location next to the pool was ideal, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the inclusion of air conditioning in every room made for a pleasant stay. the self-contained apartment had everything we needed, and the presence of a BBQ area by the pool made dinner preparations a breeze. the convenient bus stop across the road provided easy access into town at a budget-friendly rate. I will definitely be revisiting this hidden gem and recommending it to friends and family.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was absolutely perfect - right in front of a shopping mall and just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach. I felt completely safe and secure during my entire stay.

I had a fantastic experience at this place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Great pool area and convenient location. Fully self-contained apartment with plenty of parking. Close to the hospital, clean and comfy beds. Good value for a short stay with cooking facilities. Enjoyed watching my son swim from the verandah.

During our romantic escape in this hotel we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of space our room had to offer. the kitchen and laundry facilities were great for our needs and we appreciated being able to have everything we needed in one place. the undercover parking was also a plus, and we felt secure leaving our car there while we explored the nearby area.

The location was also a bit of a far walk to the town area, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the amenities Cairns had to offer. the poor wifi reception made it difficult for us to plan our day trips and stay connected with our loved ones back home.
