Absolutely loved Murray, the helpful manager, and the prime location just a stone's throw from the water and a quick walk to the beach. the pool and spa were a great way to unwind, and the peaceful garden area was a lovely spot for a barbecue. the only downside was the slightly firm beds, but that didn't stop us from enjoying our stay. Can't wait to come back for another visit! 🌴.

I always return for my holiday stay. First time, staff helped with a taxi recommendation. Perfect fit: Wi-Fi, Off-site car park, Luggage storage, Outdoor pool, Jacuzzi. Plus: A/C, Non-smoking rooms. Coming back for Christmas!

While the pre-arrival payment process was a hassle, the manager, Murray, was helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable but dated. The location was perfect, just a minute from the water. Unfortunately, the stairwell smelled and there were rude residents with noisy pets. Despite some flaws, the pool was a nice bonus.

The hotel had lovely, cozy decor with beautiful flowers in the lobby, making it feel like a welcoming home away from home. the seating areas were comfortable and perfect for us seniors to relax and chat with other guests. the hotel's easy access without stairs and spacious corridors made it ideal for us older folks to move around comfortably.

The children working there could improve by providing more assistance for seniors.

Champelli Palms offered a perfect location, steps away from the beach. the manager was helpful, and the pool was a great addition. the apartment, though dated, was comfortable and clean, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The rooms clearly have been refurbished since the photos have been taken, and they have everything you need for a few days stay. The basic amenities are all there, and the rooms even come with a balcony to enjoy the beautiful views. Lastly, the staff and service are exceptional. From check-in to check-out, the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They were always ready to assist with any queries or requests, making our stay even more enjoyable.
