I keep coming back for city breaks. Staff kindly allowed late checkout first stay. Ideal amenities: Free Wi-Fi, car park, pool, spa, laundry, flat-screen TV. No pets, AC, quiet rooms. Outdoor dining, picnic tables, golf nearby, cots available. Everything I need for a comfortable stay.

Great value for the price, comfortable room, and friendly staff. Convenient parking for 4WD and camper trailer. Location off the Main Street was peaceful.

The food for breakfast could use some improvement.

The staff here were excellent arranging for the forwarding of my wife's clothes to our home, very friendly, and the overall service was very good. the location in the heart of town made our experience with our family in Broken Hill very enjoyable, with plenty of food and drink places within walking distance.

One thing that could be improved is having more kitchenware available in the rooms, like chopping boards and sharp knives. a communal laundry area with tap and pay services for washing and drying could be beneficial for longer stay guests.

We hit up Hotel Triplets Entertainment for epic dance-offs and then chilled at a dope party spot with sick beats. the rooms were clean, beds comfy, and the staff was cool, helping us have a blast!

More vibrant nightlife nearby for young party-goers would make the stay even more rad!

The kids enjoyed the outdoor play area and the evening movie screenings. the swimming pool was a hit with the whole family. the spacious family room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after our daily adventures.

For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly meal options on the restaurant menu.
