The staff were welcoming and helpful, providing personalized contact before our arrival. We enjoyed a beautiful view of the water from our outdoor table and chairs. The room had plenty of fluffy towels and good bathroom products. The location was close to great restaurants and shopping.

I recently stayed at a budget-friendly apartment in a quiet street, located just a short walk from the beach. The room was clean and had a lovely view of the sea through the trees. I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and being able to leave the bedroom sliding door open to hear the ocean. The full kitchen was a great advantage, allowing me to cook and enjoy meals in the comfort of my room. The location was also convenient, with attractions like the beach and a golf course nearby where kangaroos can be seen.

It would have been nice if they provided plunger coffee as an option.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was huge with two balconies and all the amenities needed. The location was on a quiet, beautiful street, yet close enough to walk to the main area. The view of the ocean was stunning. The staff, especially Karen, was extremely helpful and kind. They even allowed us to check in later due to our busy schedule of sightseeing. a wonderful experience.

Rooms were nicely decorated, staff helpful, strong wifi, ample breakfast. Cosy interiors, decided to cook instead of going out. Spa bath was amazing, comfortable bed, lovely view, easy check-in. Spacious room, nice amenities, great location. Quick walk to the beach, close to grocery and restaurants. Karen was friendly and hospitable. Stayed on balcony, saw wild cockatoos. Would definitely stay again. Plenty to do in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at Chatby Lane. the decor was warm and inviting, with pot plants, magazines, artwork, and blond wood throughout the property. the shower in our deluxe studio was spacious and the personal cleaning products smelled amazing. We loved the view of the sea through the gums, it provided a beautiful backdrop. the staff were friendly and informative, making us feel welcome right from check-in. Our room was immaculate, with a big bathroom and plenty of towels. the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We were lucky to have a downstairs, end apartment with large windows that let in lots of light. We even enjoyed stunning sunrises through the trees. Chatby Lane provided a cozy and comfortable experience.

One minor drawback was that our room was a bit noisy, as it was located near reception. We could hear all the conversations and even the noise from the washing machine.

Despite the location being a bit away from shops, restaurants, and the beach, it was a quiet and peaceful residential area. I would recommend this accommodation for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
