we had a good sized room at Nightcap, comfy beds, and a secure accommodation section away from pub noise. Clean, great value for families, with friendly staff and easy parking. Close to shops and felt like home, thanks to Mick. Cons: found nothing wrong! 😊.

Had a fantastic experience at this hotel! the staff here were incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel right at home. the room was surprisingly clean and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed and an amazing shower facility - honestly better than what I've experienced at more expensive places! the bar and lounge area had a great vibe, and I really enjoyed my time there. Plus, the location was great for exploring the nearby attractions.

The rooms were spacious with private bathrooms and the bar staff were fantastic. the smoking area caused lung issues and the managers were not always friendly. Despite this, the friendly reception/bar team made the stay enjoyable. Would return for their hospitality.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and had a great time. the facilities were clean and staff were accommodating. the bed, pillows, and duvet were comfortable and made sleeping a dream. the rain shower head had amazing water pressure. the location was perfect with a 2-minute walk to a grocery store and a 3-minute walk to the train station. There were also a lot of great restaurants nearby to choose from!
