The room was cozy with a comfy bed and the view was sweet; I got a kick out of the outdoor space and the self-service laundry was a savior. the pool was cool for a dip in the heat, and there were spots to chill outside, very laid-back. Minor buzzkill - staff mix-up at the pool bar left us high and dry once, drinks weren't the best either, but overall, a solid spot to crash. 🌴

From missing breakfast to dodging duct-taped door screens, it was a memorable experience. the pool bar was a lifesaver after a day of exploring, and the staff's efforts to communicate in my language were appreciated. I couldn't resist a quiet night by the pool with a cocktail in hand. the surroundings may have been rough around the edges, but it added a touch of excitement to my luxury escapade.

my stay at a local resort in alice springs was simply delightful. mercure exceeded my expectations with a deluxe room overlooking the serene todd river, friendly staff, and delicious buffet breakfast. the layout was expansive, and walking distance to town was convenient.
