The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful during our stay at City Edge Box Hill. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and great location near Box Hill.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It is close to everything, with two major shopping complexes just a short walk away. You can easily access nearby shops, hospitals, and public transport. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with great facilities such as a washing machine and dishwasher. The shower has plenty of hot water pressure, and the staff service is excellent. Plus, a free newspaper is provided to guests.

The staff may struggle with communication at times due to language barriers.

The hotel was conveniently located near public transport and shops, making it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great customer service. The room itself was clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including a kitchenette and comfortable bed.

The room was very small and lacked any privacy as the doors were see-through and the walls were thin. The noise from outside and other guests was quite disruptive and made it difficult to sleep.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was super convenient, just a 5 minute walk from the railway station and public transport. The staff were really friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. I loved having a kitchen and a washing machine in the room, it made my stay even more convenient. The interior design was pleasant, and everything was neat and tidy. it was a fantastic experience!

Bed clean. Small balcony nice. Kitchen had everything for cooking. Washing machine for longer stays. Excellent location for Eastern Melbourne area. Well-appointed kitchen, bathroom, etc. Additional toilet paper and clean bath towels provided. Close to Box Hill Station. Clean and quiet. Great shower. Well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and utensils. Great value.
