The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous, making us feel warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette that had everything we needed for our three-night stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep each night. We particularly loved the little balcony, which provided a nice space to let in fresh air while blocking out any street noise when closed. The location of this place was perfect, right near the Queen Vic markets and within the city centre. Being in a nice area of town and within the free tram zone made exploring the city a breeze.

We had an amazing stay at a fantastic location, close to everything we needed - shops, food, and sights. the room was perfect for the two of us, with comfortable amenities and a well-equipped kitchenette. the staff, especially Concierge Bahri, were extremely helpful and made our stay even better. Accessibility to the city was also a plus. We also enjoyed the gym on the first floor.

The rooms are clean, modern, and well-equipped with kitchen facilities, including a dishwasher. Staff are friendly and offer hassle-free check-in. The hotel also has a gym with new equipment, perfect for staying active while on the road.

The bathroom walls may have frosted glass, which could be a bit inconvenient for non-couples.

Had a great Christmas experience! the hotel offered complimentary drinks and festive treats upon arrival which was a lovely surprise. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the bustling sights and sounds of the city. Plus, the room had a fantastic view of the skyline.

The room felt a bit cramped with not enough space to store our luggage. the housekeeping only came once during our week-long stay, which meant we had to call for fresh towels and toilet paper.

The team at reception were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, right next to the Victoria market. There was a nice view from the 27th floor and the three fast elevators make getting around easy. The bed was comfortable with crispy white bedsheets, and fresh towels were available at any time. The fridge was in good working order and the water pressure in the shower was great. The express checkout made the departure process easy.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance from everything in this city. I didn't even need to use public transportation or myKi Card. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the well-equipped room with a mini kitchen, washing machine, and dishwasher, to the comfortable bed with clean and thick bedsheets. The staff, especially Muhammad, were super friendly and helpful. I also loved the complimentary instant hot chocolate. it was a superb hotel and I highly recommend it.
