The staff were very friendly and helped us with finding milk and printing off our speech, which I appreciated. The location was convenient for accessing the CBD. the room had thin walls and a soft, uncomfortable bed. The noise from drilling and traffic was disruptive, and the staff seemed uninterested. The lack of cleanliness and service were disappointing. The room layout was great with plenty of power outlets, and the proximity to shops and Police HQ made me feel safe.

I always return for trips - first stay staff found my earphones. Simplified amenities: Wi-Fi, parking, restaurant, bar, laundry. All needs met – upscale comforts and essential facilities. Quick check-in/ -out, suitable for city trips. Always content with the stay - no regrets.

If improved, the hotel should pay more attention to details such as maintaining operational washing machines in the common room.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is close to all tourist attractions and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff provides excellent service and are very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with great bedding. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the QCB stadium.

The wifi connection in the corner room was poor, making it difficult to stay connected.

Our recent city trip was made even better thanks to the hotel we stayed at. the rooms were newly renovated and spotless - plus they had all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable, like the Nespresso machine that made mornings easier. the location of the hotel was a huge plus, as it was conveniently located in the heart of the city and close to all the restaurants and attractions. Being able to easily walk to the waterfront promenade was a highlight.

The lighting in the room was not ideal for working at night, and the fridge was a bit too small for our needs. parking in the underground garage was a bit tight and some staff seemed a bit inexperienced.
