Our recent stay at this hotel was an absolute delight. the location was fantastic, very private and just a short stroll from the beach and all the shops and restaurants. the building and facilities were exceptional, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the staff were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful, making us feel truly welcomed and taken care of. We also loved the spacious rooms and decks, offering great views and a relaxing atmosphere.

If there was one thing that could be improved, it would be the shallow end of the pool, which made it a bit challenging for adults to fully enjoy a swim. there was another pool on the property that was suitable for swimming, so it wasn't a major issue for us.

The penthouse apartment at Coconut Grove was perfect for our family of 5. The top level deck with a small pool and BBQ had stunning views. The location was great with easy beach access. Staff were helpful. Some amenities lacked luxury, like no cold drinks on arrival. The pool was shallow. The bed was uncomfortable, and a heavier top cover would have been nice. The shower area was narrow. a central and quiet location with modern facilities and a lovely cheese platter surprise.

We also enjoyed exploring nearby landmarks like Ngarru Gallery, Crystalbrook Superyacht Marina, and Flagstaff Hill Lookout, which added to our family bonding experience.

The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, making for a comfortable stay. The bathrooms are large and well-maintained, providing all the necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. it's a great place to base yourself for exploring the area and enjoying the shops and restaurants.

Some guests mentioned that the air conditioning in the master bedroom could be a bit noisy, but it didn't affect the overall stay.
