we booked a stay at Bay City Motel and found the room very clean and bed comfortable. the decor was attractive, and the renovated bathroom was a nice touch. the shower was a standout feature, easy to use and enjoyable. the location was central, making it convenient for exploring the area.

The twin room at Bay City Motel had pleasantly firm beds, which suited our preference. The room was well-equipped with essential amenities, clean, and quiet. Conveniently located near the hospital, dining options, shopping, and the waterfront. Efficient check-in, helpful manager, and a simple yet immaculate room set up were also appreciated. The only minor downside was the distant walk to Kardinia Park and slight noise from the car park.

The staff were the worst, but the room was clean and newly renovated. Small, though, and had some strange design issues. not worth staying again.

I always return for city breaks. Staff helped me with currency; never regret. Free parking, flat-screen TV, beach access, VIP check-in, air conditioning—perfect for me. No pets, adults only, luggage storage, electric kettle. Highly recommend for a hassle-free stay.

The room is clean and meets basic requirements, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff provides friendly and helpful service, going above and beyond to address any issues, such as offering a free breakfast as an apology. The motel also offers amenities such as a fridge and menu log delivery service for added convenience.

Some aspects of the motel, like the bed, could use improvement. The bed was described as extremely hard and old, making it uncomfortable to sleep on.

Updated rooms, central location, walking distance to foreshore and eateries, clean and comfortable accommodations.

Had an amazing time at the motel near Geelong Eastern Beach. the room was clean with a perfect location. ENJOYED breakfast despite not ordering ahead. Would stay again! the room looked better than in the photos.

The free coffee and tea was great, and the mini fridge was a nice touch. Close to the beach and restaurants, which we loved. Nice size room, with plenty of space to move about.

The exterior was in terrible condition, it was difficult to find the main entrance. the air conditioning was very noisy and the bed was too hard, we barely slept.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the level of luxury and comfort it offered. The newly refurbished rooms were a real delight, with a super comfy bed and the best pillows I've slept on away from home. The location was ideal, with the hotel being just a short walk away from the waterfront and the nearby shopping mall. The interior of the hotel was much nicer than the exterior, so don't let that put you off. I had a great stay and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

While my stay at this hotel was enjoyable, there were a few minor downsides. The shower didn't have very hot water, and there were limited teabags and no plates or cutlery in the room.

Good access to hospital, accommodating staff, basic facilities present, convenient location.
