The location of this hotel was fantastic, close to everything and with a beautiful view. The room was clean, neat, and very comfortable, with a nice TV and all the basic amenities. The staff provided excellent service, even helping us with unlocking the door early in the morning. We also had the option to upgrade to a spa suite for a minimal cost, which was a lovely addition. a great experience.

The internet connection in the room was a bit patchy.

Convenient location near Brisbane street with cinemas, shops, Coles, and a 9/11. Friendly staff, easy access to rooms. Basic but sufficient amenities - fridge, jug, television. Comfortable beds, hot shower. Plenty of room for a solo traveler. Windows that open, no need for aircon. Soap dispensers and green initiatives.

Felt like a true getaway, nothing to complain about.

The staff at reception were polite and friendly. They even turned on the heater before our arrival, which was a nice gesture. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering enough space for our stay. The location of the hotel was great, within walking distance to the city center and its amenities.

The entry to the hotel was difficult due to a steep downward driveway, making it a challenge for guests with mobility issues. there were no lifts available, which could be inconvenient for travelers with heavy luggage.

We got great value for our money at Coach House. The room was clean, tidy, and had a cool view of the city, especially at night. The location was excellent, just a short walk to City Park and the heart of the city. The staff, especially Karen, were friendly and accommodating, making our first visit to this city comfortable and enjoyable.

Breakfast delights could have included more variety.
