On my recent stay at this hotel in Launceston, I had a delightful experience. the staff went above and beyond; they even preheated my room, making it super cozy upon my arrival. the housekeeping was top-notch, and the breakfast available from 7 am onwards was beautiful. Being within easy walking distance to the central city was a plus, allowing me to explore popular attractions like the Art Gallery at Royal Park and Cataract Gorge Reserve easily. the location was great, and the staff really made my stay memorable.

One thing that could be improved at this hotel is the lack of clear signage for room numbers. It took me a bit of time to locate my room, which was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel's decoration was charming and inviting, with cozy sitting areas perfect for relaxing and chatting with friends. the accessibility for senior people was excellent, with convenient ramps and spacious hallways, making it easy to navigate around the property without any hassle.

Better vacation for senior people: Improve assistance from the children working there.

Located conveniently, Coach House offers spacious, clean rooms with great city views. Friendly and accommodating staff ensure a comfortable stay.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, close to everything and with a beautiful view. The room was clean, neat, and very comfortable, with a nice TV and all the basic amenities. The staff provided excellent service, even helping us with unlocking the door early in the morning. We also had the option to upgrade to a spa suite for a minimal cost, which was a lovely addition. a great experience.

The internet connection in the room was a bit patchy.

Convenient location near Brisbane street with cinemas, shops, Coles, and a 9/11. Friendly staff, easy access to rooms. Basic but sufficient amenities - fridge, jug, television. Comfortable beds, hot shower. Plenty of room for a solo traveler. Windows that open, no need for aircon. Soap dispensers and green initiatives.

Felt like a true getaway, nothing to complain about.

The staff at reception were polite and friendly. They even turned on the heater before our arrival, which was a nice gesture. the location of the hotel was great, within walking distance to the city center and its amenities.

The entry to the hotel was difficult due to a steep downward driveway, making it a challenge for guests with mobility issues. there were no lifts available, which could be inconvenient for travelers with heavy luggage.

The hotel was clean and had convenient facilities. We enjoyed the central location, which made it easy to explore the city. The hotel also had parking available, and we found it handy to be close to a beautiful town park.

I got great value for my money at the Coach House. The room was spacious, clean, and had a fridge. The location was perfect, close to shops and dining options, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The food for breakfast could have been better.

The room was clean, tidy, and had a cool view of the city, especially at night. The location was excellent, just a short walk to City Park and the heart of the city. The staff, especially Karen, were friendly and accommodating, making our first visit to this city comfortable and enjoyable.
