Every time I stay here, no regrets. the staff helped with my elderly parents. I love it because it suits me. Free Wi-Fi, parking, outdoor dining, saltwater pool, laundry. I always come back for holiday.

Breakfast view over the calm sea was breathtaking. the rooms were clean and spacious. Would go back! the pool area is even better than in photos. Can't wait to return!

The place was neat, tidy, and welcoming, with a fully, equipped kitchen and comfy bedrooms. the location was tops, close to the beach, water park, and yummy food joints, plus the little verandah outside our apartment was a nice spot to chill. Only gripe was the beds could've been comfier, but a simple mattress topper would fix that up just fine. great digs, lovely staff, worth every penny! 💫.

Second bedroom sun-soaked, pillows pint-sized, and chux cloth supply skimpy. even with some hiccups, the dining scene and local gems shone bright like a Hervey Bay summer day!

Second room too bright at 5am, small pillows, need more kitchen cleaning supplies. One-night stay was enough; glad it was short.

The location of the apartments was perfect, being only a short walk away from the beautiful beach and shops in the area. The apartments were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The management was friendly and provided helpful local knowledge for planning great days out, such as a day trip to Fraser Island. The apartments also offered easy access to Hervey Bay airport and Lady Elliott Island for those wanting to explore the Great Barrier Reef.

There were some instances of inconsistent treatment by the management towards guests, which could have been improved to create a more welcoming atmosphere.

Convenient location near the CBD, clean and good value for money. Our 2-bedroom apartment comfortably accommodated our family of four. The photos accurately represented the actual apartment. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like a $5 charge for towels and insufficient hangers, our overall stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The host even helped us book a whale boat trip. We would recommend this hotel for its quiet location and basic, but clean facilities. a positive experience.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area, which made it very relaxing. The staff, especially the male manager, were very friendly and accommodating. They were always there to help with any questions or requests I had. The room was spacious and clean, with amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. I also enjoyed having a balcony where I could sit and enjoy the view. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a nice bonus.
