Waking up to the breathtaking views of Cathedral Square from my room's French doors was a delightful start each morning. the attention to detail in the bathroom, complete with luxurious shower products, felt like a pampering treat. A hand-written welcome message added a personal touch that stood out, making me feel truly welcomed.

My 'city view' room actually faced a wall, rather than the cityscape as expected.

Nothing it was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at Como, from the warm welcome to the beautifully decorated room. The views of Stirling Gardens were breathtaking, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The attention to detail and the complimentary drinks and snacks in the room made us feel truly pampered. The recommendations from the reception for nearby restaurants were spot on, ensuring we had great dining experiences. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and enjoyable stay.

This centrally located hotel offers easy access to everything in the city within 5 minutes, including the restaurants in COMO and the bustling city centre for business. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with comfortable king-size beds and beautifully clean bathrooms. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with a warm and personal touch. There are also fantastic facilities such as a large lap pool and a well-equipped gym.

The breakfast options were limited for vegetarians and vegans.

The hotel reception upon arrival was excellent, and the staff were very helpful in providing information about the facilities. The room was very nice and impeccably clean. The hotel itself had a lovely atmosphere, with a relaxing and not overly pretentious vibe. It is a great place to stay, even for one night. Highly recommended.

Spent my Xmas holidays in a restored historic building that oozed charm. the staff were friendly and welcoming and showed great patience with my last-minute requests. the location was perfect with plenty of restaurants and cafes to explore. Loved the spacious room with an amazing view of the city and the free fitness session at the gym.

The Wi-Fi connection was not strong enough for my liking. the pillows were too soft and not comfortable.

From the moment we walked into this elegant venue, we were greeted with staff that were attentive, caring and professional. the luxurious spa centre was a haven for relaxation, with an indoor swimming pool, massage and garden area. the room we stayed in had exclusive amenities, making our stay extra special. the restaurant offered special diet menus, and breakfast was sensational, with great food choices. the location was perfect, we didn't need to drive as everything was in walking distance.

The only minor issue we encountered was the complimentary alcohol beverages in the mini bar. Only beer was provided, but a selection of bubbles or white wine would have been appreciated.
