Upon arrival, the staff here were so friendly and helpful, making our check-in smooth. They even had turned the heating on in our room so that it was toasty warm, a small gesture that made a big difference. the room service was excellent, with our breakfast delivered right on time and the outdoor dining area providing a lovely spot to enjoy it. the garden area was filled with beautiful gum trees and rustic furniture, creating a peaceful atmosphere. the undercover parking was bloody brilliant, keeping our car safe from the weather.

One thing that could be improved is the outdated room folder, which could use some updating to match the amenities provided in the rooms. It might be helpful to have plates and bowls readily available in the room, rather than having to ask at reception each time.

The room had a queen bed, just like a royal chamber! It was so cozy; I felt like a sleepy bear in hibernation. the microwave was my knight in shining armor, rescuing my cold leftovers with its magical warmth.

The bed was as comfy as a kangaroo's pouch, so I turned the armchair into my snooze spot. At least the armchair was there for the save!
