The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep after a long day of traveling. The room was spacious and had plenty of room for all our belongings. The location was convenient, within walking distance to the town, making it easy to explore. Despite a minor inconvenience with the shower temperature, we were able to get a nice shower in another room the next day. I would recommend this motel for its comfortable accommodations and helpful staff.

The location of this motel is fantastic! It's conveniently located near supermarkets, shopping centres, and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient for guests. the staff here are incredibly accommodating and friendly, always willing to provide assistance whenever needed. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with clean linens, pillows, and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

One disappointment was the breakfast situation. When I requested a cooked breakfast instead of the continental one I had ordered, I was told they were too busy to accommodate my request.

During our stay, we were delighted with the convenient location of the motel. It was just a short stroll away from the bustling shopping centre, allowing us to easily explore the area on foot. The proximity to a major intersection did mean some noise from passing trucks at night, but it was not too bothersome and added a touch of authenticity to the experience. The room itself was well-maintained, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The friendly owners also provided excellent service, ensuring that our needs were catered to. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast options offered, setting us up for a fantastic day ahead. The motel also had a lovely pool where we could unwind after a busy day of exploring Mackay.

It would have been convenient to have a laundry facility available on-site.

The location, right on the intersection of two main roads, made it convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were equipped with modern appliances and were kept clean. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

Had a great weekend at a motel near the hustle and bustle of the city. the room was kept exceptionally tidy by the staff, and the room had all the amenities, including free foxtel. the location was perfect for us to get around and explore the surrounding area - a must when visiting the city! the pool on-site was a great plus, with the pool being well maintained, and super refreshing after exploring.

The main-road could be heard pretty clearly in the room, which made it difficult to sleep at night. the walls seemed to be pretty thin, so we could hear the noise coming from the next room.
