Staying at this hotel was a delight! the location, up on a hill at a winery, was absolutely stunning. the views of the vineyards and the historical setting made for a unique experience. the wine tasting was enjoyable, and the staff were knowledgeable, adding to the overall charm of the place.

While the setting was beautiful, some areas of this hotel could use some upkeep. the furniture seemed worn, and a few amenities like lights and air-conditioners were not functioning properly.

The comfortable bed and extra blankets were a lifesaver during the freezing week we stayed. The cottage was spacious and cozy. The location worked well for us as we were visiting Shoalhaven Heads. The quiet atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and we were pleasantly surprised by the live entertainment on Saturday afternoon, which paired perfectly with a glass of wine from the estate. The outlook during breakfast was delightful, adding to the overall experience.

I had a generally enjoyable stay at Coolangatta Estate Shoalhaven Heads. The historic venue was beautiful and had a lot of history. I loved the fact that it was nestled quietly up on a hill, giving it a peaceful and secluded feel. The villas were spacious and the views from the restaurant were stunning. One evening, there was a man playing guitar, which added a lovely ambiance to the dining experience. It was definitely a nice find.

The hotel is located in a lovely area of NSW, close to shops and the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The highlight of my stay was the restaurant, where I enjoyed delicious meals. The estate grounds were also well-maintained and provided a pleasant atmosphere.

The facilities and maintenance of the hotel could use some improvement.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel located on a historic site with great views over the area. The location is truly magnificent and the grounds are stunning. The hotel also offered service laundry, shuttle service, and a welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities included ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. Additionally, the room had a sitting area and garden furniture, and the free toiletries provided were of great quality. I also enjoyed the flat-screen TV and the carpeted floor.

Although the staff did not appear to be knowledgeable or service-oriented, this place is one that I would recommend to family without hesitation.

Lovely staff, clean rooms, well-maintained grounds. Comfortable bed and spacious rooms. Sommeliers were knowledgeable and friendly. Ideal for a romantic getaway.

Beautiful views and comfy room, great wine. the history of the place was also fascinating. the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. We enjoyed the location and found the nearby club’s restaurant to be nice. Good value for money.

The bath was not able to be fully enjoyed due to running out of hot water. the lounge chair was quite hard and needed more upholstery.

The location was picturesque and historical, making it unique and interesting. The staff were helpful and friendly. The accommodation was comfortable and had all necessary amenities. There were wine tasting, walks, swimming pool, tennis.

Felt well-taken care of, no reason to complain.
