we stayed at coolum at the beach in a spacious three, bedroom spa unit with comfy beds and ample bathroom space. the self, contained apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, secure parking, and friendly staff. proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants made it convenient for us to walk everywhere. we especially enjoyed the smaller pool by our room, perfect for kids with a step around it. overall, a comfortable and well, equipped stay.

My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! the reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made our check-in/out process super smooth and even provided out of hours options. the location was fabulous, being close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We loved having breakfast from the nearby cafes and taking advantage of the beach access for some sun and relaxation. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect spots to unwind, and we enjoyed the BBQ facilities and garden area for some outdoor dining. it was a peaceful and relaxing experience that exceeded our expectations compared to previous stays.

One minor improvement could be ensuring there are enough towels provided for the duration of the stay. We found ourselves running short, especially with the rainy weather complicating the drying process.

the convenient location allowed us to easily access the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and national parks. Despite the proximity to all attractions, the quiet street ensured a peaceful environment. the warm pools were a delight, even in winter, and the abundance of parking spaces was a plus. Highly recommended for a convenient and tranquil stay.

During our stay, we thoroughly enjoyed the central location of the apartment - close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The smaller pool outside our room was a highlight, perfect for kids. The spacious and comfortable setup with 2 balconies made our stay delightful. We'd happily return; just wish there were more kitchen supplies and toiletries provided.

The villa itself was spacious and well-equipped, with modern appliances and comfortable beds. We especially enjoyed the private rooftop spa deck, which offered a fantastic view. The overall layout of the resort ensured privacy and a quiet atmosphere, despite it being a busy time.

Although there were a few minor issues, such as the lack of face washers and a strange smell in the unit, these did not significantly affect our stay. The pool and BBQ area made up for any shortcomings, and the friendly atmosphere created by the other guests added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

The friendly staff once helped my elderly parents kindly. the place fits me perfectly - Wi-Fi, parking, security, fitness center, heated pool, TV. Ideal for the New Year trip.

The pools were great for escaping the summer heat and we enjoyed the easy stroll to the beach. the apartment was clean and spacious, with comfortable furnishings.

The room was poorly lit and desperately needed maintenance. It was also disappointing to be charged a security fee on check-in, which was not released until days after check-out.
