The lodge was top-notch, great service from the staff, especially from Lachie and Amy, who were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast being included was a real treat, and the fireplace was cozy for winding down at night after a long day on the mountain. Plus, they had a TV room for the kids to chill out 😊. the only bummer was the slightly early check-out time, but it wasn't a big deal in the grand scheme of things.

Cooroona Alpine Lodge exceeded expectations. the hospitable, approachable team made the stay enjoyable, with clean and comfortable rooms. Great food and a cozy log fire added to the welcoming atmosphere. Ideal for families with convenient amenities.

The lodge was fantastic overall, with easy access to all Falls has to offer and friendly staff. The ski room doubling as bike storage was a nice touch, along with the fast wifi and included breakfast. While the mattress could have been firmer, the room was clean and perfect for families. there were significant issues with the owner's behavior and attitude that marred the experience for some guests. The lack of empathy and customer service, including a situation where a guest had to sleep in their car, was extremely disappointing. The host's standoffish and rude behavior, compounded by issues with check-in, room amenities, and dining, left a lasting negative impression. Despite these drawbacks, the location was good and the bar/restaurant offered a cozy atmosphere.

Spent Xmas here. Friendly atmosphere, staff like family. Loved the personalized bday cake for my son. Owners mingled with guests. Snow pickup handy, inclusive vibe after checkout. Delicious meals.

Very nice family run lodge. Perfect for a ski holiday with good ski storage and a big drying room. Cooked breakfast every morning and an amazing Mexican restaurant/bar with good vibes. Extremely helpful staff and a TV room for kids to relax. Enjoyed the cozy fireplace, breakfast, delicious Mexican dinner, and friendly service. Appreciated the private transfer option and variety in breakfast. Room experienced minor issues. the relaxation facilities like sauna and TV room enhanced our stay, providing a space to unwind after a day on the mountain. the nearby landmarks, such as Wallace Hut Carpark and Falls Creek Museum, added to the overall experience, making for a memorable family bonding vacation.
