We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were excellent. We particularly enjoyed the small pool, which was perfect for a refreshing swim in the morning or evening. The location was ideal, within walking distance of the city and ferry terminal. Being in a tropical fruit area of Queensland, we were surrounded by lush greenery and felt immersed in nature. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options including bacon, eggs, toast, and sausages. The lady serving breakfast was extremely nice and always went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed.

The room was a bit tired but clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast each morning was plentiful and most enjoyable. The hotel also offers a lovely pool and laundry facilities.

We had a fantastic time exploring the city, with easy access to central Cairns and the aquarium. In the afternoon, Indu warmly greeted us and even helped us up the stairs with our luggage. Our room, although a bit tired, was clean and tidy. The service from the staff was exceptional, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast included in the price was a great value, offering a variety of options to start the day. the pool and restaurant areas were comfortable and provided a lovely ambiance.

The noise from doors slamming was a bit bothersome at times.
