Fantastic location, just minutes from the airport with a helpful shuttle service! The bed in my Executive Room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night. A solid breakfast selection made my mornings delightful, and the staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to return.

During my stay, I encountered a lack of communication regarding the amenities and services available. The power went out unexpectedly, leaving my family and me struggling to find our way back to our room without any assistance from staff. To make matters worse, the morning staff didn’t acknowledge the incident or offer any compensation, which left us feeling neglected and frustrated.

The hotel provides complimentary parking and is just a quick 10-minute drive from Perth Airport, making it convenient for travelers.

The layout of the room is quite puzzling, as it feels like a jigsaw puzzle to find essential items like cups and a kettle, which detracts from the overall convenience.

Check-in was smooth! they even helped us out getting a room before our event. The pool area was nice and clean too, perfect for relaxing a bit before we headed out again.

The deluxe king room was comfortable and clean, making our family stay enjoyable. Dinner was memorable, featuring a delightful shabushabu that added to our pleasant evening. However, the room felt slightly cramped, and more information about shuttle service timing would have been helpful.

We visited the conservation-style zoo, which is home to over 1,200 animals, and also enjoyed some water adventures like snorkeling. The location is perfect, and the hotel offers a good airport shuttle service. I recommend checking out the local golf courses too!

Had a good experience here. I called for the shuttle after my flight, and it really showed up fast like clockwork. The room was clean and had a solid desk area. Plus, the blackout curtains, man, they really help you sleep in. It was nice to get up and enjoy a tasty breakfast in the restaurant, where the staff were friendly as hell.
