First and foremost, the location was ideal, not too close to the main centre but still conveniently close to the Highfield shops. The service at this hotel was top-notch, from the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out. The receptionist went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed, including a flat-screen TV and a cozy sitting area. The hotel also had a lovely outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding after a long day. the staff's exceptional service and the hotel's fantastic amenities made my stay here truly memorable.
