Friendly and helpful staff, great location near CBD. The room was clean and well maintained. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV were a nice bonus. The internal courtyard parking was convenient. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was good. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel was a great find during our stay in Bathurst. the location was ideal, situated in the main street close to everything. It was so convenient and saved us a lot of travel time. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and provided top-notch service. They recommended a wonderful place to eat and even secured us a discount for staying at the hotel. Lastly, the rooms were clean and spacious, with a nice balcony and comfortable beds for everyone. We particularly loved the queen room with its huge balcony. Additionally, breakfast was provided, which was a nice touch.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was perfect. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Additionally, there were plenty of nearby restaurants and cafes to choose from, making it really convenient for dining. it was a wonderful place to base myself and explore the city.

The lack of privacy due to the balcony with full-length windows in the room, which I couldn't access.

The room was also surprisingly quiet considering its location on a busy road.

The air conditioning unit was a bit noisy and kicked on and off throughout the night, which disturbed my sleep. , the walls were thin, and I could hear noise from adjacent rooms, particularly doors slamming shut.
