Brand new hotel, lovely staff, comfortable bed, large shower, great restaurant.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The accommodation allowed us to store our bags after check-out; staff were hospitable. The level of cleanliness and comfort of the room met our expectations. Room service was accommodating and attentive to our requests. The hotel restaurant had several tasty food options, with competent service. Nearby parking facilities were convenient.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beautiful Botanical Gardens via the pedestrian bridge. The hotel was conveniently located near the railway station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were stylish and spacious, with tea and coffee facilities and a mini fridge for added convenience. The staff provided excellent service and were quick to address any issues.

The air conditioning in the room was a bit finicky, occasionally making noise and difficult to adjust to the desired temperature.

I recently stayed at this place and I must say I was impressed! The location was fantastic, just across from Southbank and next to all the hospitals. The staff were always helpful and friendly, and even accommodated my request for a room upgrade after check-in. The room itself was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including sink, free toiletries, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. I also appreciated the leisure facilities like the indoor swimming pool and sun terrace.

I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing. We upgraded to a terraced room with a microwave-only “kitchenette” and it was well worth it. The bath was deep and soothing, and the bed was the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on. The location is great, very near the attractions of Southbank and the museums, plus the ferry pier is close by for easy access to the CBD. we highly recommend this hotel.

We upgraded to a terraced room with a kitchenette for only $15 more per night. The view of the Brisbane night sky was stunning and the morning coffee was memorable. The bath was deep and soothing and the bed was the most comfortable we've ever had. The South Brisbane location is conveniently close to Southbank attractions, museums, and the ferry pier for easy access to the CBD.

We felt very welcome during our stay and had no reason to complain.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond, taking our belongings to our room while we parked the car. The hotel is tasteful, modern, and very clean. The room had great amenities, including a comfortable bed with great pillows. The bathroom provided excellent facilities, and the attached café served delicious meals at a reasonable price. The location was perfect, being close to the city center, The Children's Hospital, Southbank parklands, and the bridge to access the CBD. The hotel also had parking available onsite.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

We spent Easter at a hotel in South Bank and had the best time! the bed was so comfortable and we had a great view of the city skyline. the staff were amazing and welcomed us with two complementary beverages. the hotel was close to all the key attractions and we enjoyed walking along the river to the local markets. the pool was also a great bonus and we spent most afternoons lounging by it.

Our experience wasn't perfect. We couldn't sleep well due to the noise from the gym next door, and the restaurant was a bit disappointing.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with the best sleep I've had in a long time. The food from the café was delicious, and room service was also excellent. I really enjoyed the attention to detail, such as the USB power points on the bedside table and the abundance of power points throughout the room. The location was great, with easy access to various attractions and amenities.

The air conditioning in the room was quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep through the night. I found it confusing to figure out where to park upon check-in.
