I recently stayed for a quick getaway and had a fantastic experience. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and local shops. the room was cozy and clean, with a very comfortable bed. I loved the amazing shower with dual heads that felt luxurious. the friendly staff made us feel welcome, and the secure car parking was a great bonus.

Breakfast was conveniently provided in the fridge, so I could grab a quick bite whenever I wanted, even if it was just some bread or cereal. the hotel is also perfectly situated, just a stroll away from some great bars and restaurants, while still being tucked away from the hustle and bustle.

It would be great if the hotel improved the check-in process. I felt a bit lost trying to find where to go, and it could definitely use clearer directions for first-timers.

the hotel was super clean. it’s really close to popular spots. i loved the green garden view from our twin room. the coffee pod machine was a nice touch! the shower was amazing with two heads and great water pressure. the staff were friendly and super helpful too.

I had a lovely stay at Crest On Park in Melbourne. the location was perfect for our family adventures, and the apartment was nice overall. While we did encounter a few hiccups with check-in and cleaning, the staff were friendly and the secure parking was a big plus for our travels.

Let’s start with what I liked. The location was pretty awesome, really close to public transport which helped with getting around. The room was comfortable enough, though it felt a tad small. I loved the big shower, and having a coffee machine was a nice touch. You know how I am about my caffeine! The room had free toiletries, which was handy, and there was a flat-screen TV—I wasn't planning on watching much, but it’s always nice to have. There was also a sitting area, which made it easier to chill out after a long day of sightseeing. But here's where things got tricky. I didn’t like that I had to check in at a different location and then travel to my actual room. I only found this out on the day of check-in, so it added an unnecessary delay to my plans. Plus, it was kind of annoying having to park on the street because there were no available car parks when I returned. I called to complain, and they promised a refund, but here I am ten days later still waiting for it. That was frustrating. The room itself was a bit dated. The carpet had an old smell, and there seemed to be a lot of air freshener used—too much, to be honest. I had to air the place out because I couldn’t deal with coughing all night. there was no information in the room about the Wi-Fi or what to do nearby, which would have been super helpful. Another downside was that my room didn’t get serviced during my stay, and it felt off that I couldn’t leave my bags somewhere after checking out while I went for brunch. There was literally no one around when I checked out, which felt a bit odd. A bit of a side note—there was a mini-bar, but it seemed stocked with the basics. Some kitchen utensils would’ve gone a long way since I noticed the sink didn’t even hold water, making dishwashing impossible. The furniture felt like it could use a fresh start; the couch didn’t look inviting at all. The mattress was uncomfortable, too—I could feel the springs as I tried to fall asleep. And the whole setup felt too cramped, especially in the family area where there weren’t any windows. So, going back to the positives, yes, it was clean, and the cleaning staff were friendly. But honestly, I didn’t feel at home here, and taking my chances with other places next time seems like the way to go.
