Nothing, no complaints at all.

The hotel was in a great location, meaning we didn't have to leave the area for anything. The view from our room was fantastic and the room itself was clean and well-kept. The beds were comfortable and we had robes in the bathroom. The breakfast was nice, but not very diverse.

The pool area was not cleaned properly; there were wrappers and band-aids in the water.

Luxurious interior, designer shops in lobby, 2 floors of casinos, and numerous restaurants. Amazing room and bathroom with TV. Comfy beds. Excellent service from valet, reservations, and express check out. Clean facilities, top-notch gym equipment, and complimentary towels and water bottles. Spa experience and Aqua Retreat were great. Friendly and helpful staff with amazing views and comfortable, clean room. Staff were amazing with my 3yr old. Happy kids, happy momma. Amazing views, comfortable room.

Great location with stunning views from the room. The bathroom was impressive. The service went above and beyond, especially for my husband's 40th. The pool facilities were fantastic. Breakfast had a wide variety of options including delicious scrambled eggs and fresh fruit.

I found the spa centre treatments to be rejuvenating, including the body scrub and massage. The staff's service was impeccable, with prompt attention to my needs. The location is conveniently situated and within walking distance to many attractions.

There was a minor issue with housekeeping, with the cleanliness falling slightly below my expectations. However, the staff was quick to rectify the situation.

My son had an accident at the pool and the first aid response was excellent. The manager called to check on him and even brought him a teddy bear. The care provided really made our stay special. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and service was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at the luxurious Crown Towers in Melbourne for my anniversary. The room on the 28th floor was absolutely amazing, with a breathtaking view. The room and bathroom were beautifully decorated, exactly what I look for in a hotel. The in-room dining experience was top-notch, with delicious food for both dinner and breakfast. Despite not receiving the promised bottle of champagne, the massage with Joy was exceptional and highly recommended. a wonderful experience.

What a great stay! Loved the complementary valet parking and welcoming atmosphere. the room was spacious and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. the location was ideal, with key attractions within walking distance. To top it off, the breakfast was scrumptious, and the lunch was fabulous.
