Just stayed in a hotel in Sydney's NW. LOVED the superb food and wine service. Staff were friendly but could improve. Would go back for the spa!

The room was super spacious and sparkling clean, with a jaw-droppingly amazing buffet breakfast. the friendly staff made us feel incredibly welcome, creating a mind-blowing experience overall. the revamped decor, EXCELLENT shower pressure, and prompt room service added to the wow factor.

Crowne Plaza in Windsor offers accommodating staff, a nice and comfortable venue, and a serene location. Early check-in was arranged efficiently, and the atmosphere was quiet despite being busy. Highly recommend.

The database was very easy to navigate, with a user-friendly interface and quick search results. the room provided was incredibly comfortable and quiet, with a peaceful courtyard view. the location was also ideal, surrounded by nature and a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a getaway.

The only minor downside was that the database did not have as many advanced search options as I would have liked. This made it slightly more difficult to narrow down specific criteria for my search.

The customer service was exceptional. The indoor and outdoor pools were great, and there was even a nice children's playground. The staff were very polite and helpful. It was also nice being close to the Blue Mountains.

As young holiday goers, we loved the beautiful setting between Windsor & Richmond, surrounded by gardens & a golf course. The luxurious heritage building had so much character, making our stay truly unique. The staff were outstanding, providing local recommendations and guiding us to our room.

I recently had the chance to stay in this hotel and I had an amazing experience. This place is conveniently located in a beautiful setting near the railway station. I especially appreciated the quality service and room service offered, making me feel super pampered. Also, the hotel had a lot of amenities like a 24-hour laundry, car hire, and dry cleaning which saved me a lot of trouble. The room was very well-equipped with facilities like air conditioning, heating, tea/coffee facilities, and more which made my stay even more comfortable. Lastly, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, giving a warm welcome to the hotel.

Had a great business trip and enjoyed my stay at the hotel. the amenities were lovely, and the indoor pool was great for a relaxing swim after a long day. the property had a nice colonial style that fit the area well. the location was perfect, close to everything I needed but away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and shuttle service, which made my stay even better.

The room service was limited past 10 pm, which was inconvenient for late nights working. the pillows were a bit uncomfortable and didn't offer the best sleep.
