Our jaw-dropping apartment had an epic view of the beach, two bathrooms, and SUPER FRIENDLY staff.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants like Subway and KFC. It was also a convenient location for attending the Coolangatta festival. The best part was that it was right on the ocean, with a quiet beach just steps away. The proximity to the airport was also a major advantage.

The water pressure in the apartment was poor, making it difficult to have a satisfactory shower experience.

The location of this hotel is ideal, right on the beachfront at Tugun, offering stunning views that are to die for. It's also close to everything without the hassle of the busy surfers rat race. The staff at this hotel are friendly and provide excellent service. They go above and beyond to ensure that guests have a comfortable stay. The attention to detail is evident in the well-maintained facilities and comfortable beds.

We had a great view of the ocean from our room at Crystal Beachfront. Although the unit was a bit worn down, the comfortable bed and good pillows made our stay pleasant. The location was perfect, with the beach just steps away. Plus, the friendly owners were available to assist us with any issues that arose. It was spacious and well-equipped, even providing an extra bed for our friend. The location was perfect for families with children, offering access to the beach and a family playground. Amazing sea views and a modern kitchen with high-quality cutlery and crockery make the perfect combo for a city break by the shore. Direct access to the beach is a real gem and having a cozy café just a few steps away from the apartments is pretty convenient. the private parking is a plus for those who like to keep their cars safe and within reach.

Sadly, the limited opening hours of the Office meant that we had to plan ahead as we didn't want to miss out on any assistance we might have needed. Nevertheless, this aspect didn't alter our positive experience at the apartments as we enjoyed a relaxing and romantic city break.
