They went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met, and were always available to assist us with anything we needed. Their local knowledge was invaluable, as they provided us with great recommendations and tips for exploring the area. We were also impressed with their promptness in returning some items we accidentally left behind. The B&B itself had the most amazing garden, which added to the overall beauty and serenity of the property. We highly recommend this B&B and can't wait to visit again. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area but still within an easy walk to the town center. The hotel is surrounded by a beautifully tended garden, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Our room, the Garden Suite, was not only spacious and comfortable, but also had a charming and artistic touch. We loved the individual entrance that made us feel like we had our own private house. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the decor added a touch of luxury to our stay. The breakfast provisions provided were more than enough, and we enjoyed starting our day with a delicious meal. The hosts were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience.

If you're backpacking and find yourself near the river in Bairnsdale, I highly recommend staying at this B&B. The comfortable bed and spacious room make for a pleasant night's sleep, and the well-fitted bathroom with high-quality soaps adds a touch of luxury. Parking on the property is limited, but with only three rooms, this shouldn't be a major concern.

Comfortable room, generous breakfast provisions, lovely garden despite drought, friendly owners who went out of their way.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and the amenities provided were useful. The location was convenient with shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast options were good and satisfied my hunger in the morning.

My Easter weekend stay was not as enjoyable as I had hoped. The room was very noisy and kept me up most of the night.
