Located on the grassy river bank, just across from the Tassie ferry, The Dannebrog Lodge offers a prime location for exploring the city center and enjoying leisurely walks along the river. The rooms are well-maintained and tidy, ensuring a comfortable stay. The friendly owners provide excellent customer service, including cooking breakfast at a time of your choice. Free WiFi is also available, adding convenience to your stay.

There is a lack of organization with the hotel's entry code system, causing inconvenience upon arrival.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel by the riverfront. The location was absolutely perfect, with a walking track just across the road and easy access to the ferry. The rooms were well equipped and comfortable, with a great view of the river. The attention to detail and friendly service from the staff made my stay truly enjoyable.

All was good, no improvements needed.

I had a fantastic stay at Dannebrog Lodge. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, and the included breakfast was great value. The location, right across from the river, was perfect and close to town. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location for exploring the area - close to shops and restaurants. Room had a nice view of the water and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast provided was delicious and filling. , liked the fact that off-street parking was available.

The room was quite small and cramped. We had to sit on the bed because there was no separate seating area, which was uncomfortable.
