we had a fantastic stay at Diana Alpine Lodge. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the ski-in-ski-out experience was seamless, with easy access to the slopes and nearby amenities. the delicious breakfast exceeded our expectations, and the care shown by the staff, such as contacting us about a forgotten item, truly stood out. the location near the car park, ski lifts, and other facilities was perfect for our convenience.

The meals were excellent, and vegetarians were well catered for. The spa had a lovely view of the mountains, and it was an enjoyable experience.

The cost of the room was slightly higher compared to other hotels of a similar standard, and the furnishings were not overly impressive. The bathrooms were quite small, but they were sufficient for a few nights' stay. it was a pleasant experience, but the price and quality of the room may not be satisfactory for every guest.
