I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is perfect, as it is directly behind the beautiful Pambula beach. The hotel is right on the beach, allowing for easy access to the sand and surf. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. The room amenities were of the highest quality, including comfortable beds, heating, air conditioning, and a cozy sitting area. The hotel also had a lovely outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying meals in the fresh air. The leisure facilities were outstanding, with both an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a beachfront area with sun loungers, and even an aqua park for extra excitement. this place exceeded my expectations with its enhanced comfort and quality services.

The park is clean and close to the beach with well-maintained facilities. Great for families with lots of activities and friendly staff. The swimming pools and kids water park are fantastic. Kangaroos add to the enjoyment. Definitely recommend for a wonderful stay.

The cabin we stayed in had comfortable beds and a clean interior, making it easy to keep tidy during our week-long stay. The facilities were fantastic for families, with plenty of play areas, including indoor and outdoor pools, a trampoline park, and water fun park. We loved being so close to the beach, which was large enough to ensure it never felt crowded. Plus, we got to see some friendly kangaroos hopping around the caravan park!

Although our cabin was great, there were a few issues we found bothersome, such as a lack of bench space and uncomfortable chairs. The position of the bathroom right next to the kitchen was a bit strange and made things awkward at times.

We really enjoyed our stay at this holiday park. The cabins were comfortable and clean, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the beach was lovely. The facilities, including the water park and playgrounds, were fantastic for our family with kids. Being right across from the beach was a huge bonus, especially for our surfing-loving family. We also loved seeing kangaroos in the morning. it was a great experience and we can't wait to come back and explore more of the Sapphire Coast.

We felt totally at home during our stay and have no complaints whatsoever.
