The park's location NEAR THE BEACH and amazing staff were mind-blowing! Amazing facilities and activities.

the rooms were cozy with heating and air conditioning. Loved the kids' rooms on opposite ends. Just wish the staff were more attentive. 😕.

discovery parks was a perfect choice for our family getaway. the facilities for the kids were fantastic, with a water park, pool, pillow, and playground that kept them entertained. the upgraded deluxe cabin was a great touch, and being close to the beach was convenient. the cabin itself was cozy, with amenities like shampoo, conditioner, soap dispensers, and even tea and coffee provided.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location right on the beach was absolutely splendid. We were able to enjoy the beautiful beach whenever we wanted, which was such a treat. Furthermore, we were impressed by the quality of service and the range of amenities provided. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating and air conditioning, a cozy sitting area, and a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils. We also appreciated the free toiletries and the convenience of having a washing machine and dryer in the room. our experience at this hotel was truly enhanced by the excellent facilities and services provided.

Despite minor cabin size and parking challenges, our family had an amazing time at Discovery Parks - Emerald Beach. the kids loved the facilities, especially the water park and beach proximity. A memorable holiday experience, and we can't wait to return. 🌿🏖️

One reviewer mentioned enjoying breakfast on the verandah with a view of the sub-tropical forest.

One negative aspect mentioned by a reviewer was that the sheets in the cabin were scratchy and had sand still on them.

Can't fault anything about it.

Had a great Easter weekend at this holiday park. the cabin was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for a family getaway. the best aspect was the location, just a stone's throw away from the beach and with kangaroos right nearby for kids to see. the water park was also a big hit with the kids, especially with so many activities to participate in.

There were some problems with the fridge and freezer in the cabin that defrosted our meat and caused some inconvenience. While the park staff were generally friendly and helpful, there was some defensiveness when we reported the problem.
