The water tasted dreadful, and the service was rude and overpriced. the bed was comfy, and the air-con efficient. The bathroom lacked cleanliness, with frozen milk left from previous guests. The restricted menu could be improved for vegetarians. the Springsure site felt fresher and more active, but service and cleanliness need attention.
