Friendly staff, reasonable prices, clean rooms and facilities. Great location for pubs, restaurants, and Wharf area. Good pool temperature, approachable desk staff. Brilliant service, loved the buffet breakfasts and the pool. Loved the option to skip housecleaning for a free drink.

The location of the hotel is handy, with breakfast being available on residence and close proximity to other areas. Situated on the Esplanade with the beautiful ocean in the front, it offers a stunning view. The staff are quick to recommend dining options in the area, ensuring a variety of choices for guests.

The bed in the room had a sagging issue, which made it uncomfortable for a good night's sleep.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel on the Esplanade and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, right in the town center and away from any traffic noise. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the pillows were so comfortable that I wanted to take one home. The hotel also had a massive pool with a deep end, which was a pleasant surprise for someone tall like me. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the staff by the pool were friendly and attentive. the service at this hotel was top-notch, and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

In terms of cons, the only minor issue I encountered was that the staff at reception were often working alone, which made the service a bit slow at times. However, they still did their best to accommodate my requests, so it wasn't a major problem.

The pool at Doubletree By Hilton Esplanade Darwin was absolutely amazing. It provided the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The bar overlooking the pool was a nice touch, allowing me to enjoy a refreshing drink while taking in the beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We had a great time in the city, and our hotel stay made it even better. The breakfast was delicious and gave us plenty of energy for the day ahead. The pool was a highlight - we spent hours relaxing and having fun. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made us feel welcome and at home.

We wish we could have extended our stay to enjoy more of the hotel and the beautiful location. We noticed some areas were in need of maintenance and the internet was pricey, limiting us from staying connected during our stay.
