The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and spacious, an absolute top-notch experience. the lady at reception gave great advice and really went out of her way to ensure our stay was perfect. the motel did have a bit of a mix-up about the spa, but overall our time there was fab! 🌟

The reservation system is unreliable and needs to be improved, and the air conditioning unit in the room was too big and noisy, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. the plastic-backed mattress protector was unpleasant and the bathroom could have used a more effective shower screen to prevent water from flooding the floor.
