Our ground floor room at Eagle Heights Mountain Resort had clean, spacious, quiet with a beautiful view of the Gold Coast. the staff were lovely and the vegan options at the restaurant were delicious. Minor room issues were overshadowed by the overall positive experience.

our ground floor room at mountain resort was clean, spacious and quiet, with a lovely view of the lush lawns and magical lights of the gold coast at night. daily room service, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a great restaurant with vegan options made our stay comfortable. the welcoming atmosphere and ample outside areas were perfect for family gatherings.

Staying here for the weekend was a great experience! the view from our room was absolutely stunning! And the service we received was terrific! the staff was courteous and efficient. the food was amazing, too! We had some dietary restrictions, but they were more than happy to accommodate us. the location was perfect. It was within walking distance to the main attractions.

There were some aspects that could have been improved. the exterior of the building could have been maintained a little better.

I was delighted with the spectacular view from my room at Eagle Heights. The lights of the Gold Coast were mesmerizing, especially at night. The room was clean and spacious, providing a peaceful and comfortable retreat. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks mentioned by other guests, I had a great experience overall. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its breathtaking views and warm hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel.
